What you’ll do

• Precision alignments & set ups of mechanical
• components
• Installation of pneumatic components
• Troubleshoot, identify, & modify tooling
• Identify any material or purchase item issues
• Document all build changes
• Install components by following schematics,
• drawings & specifications
• Installation of all plumbing required for the
• actuation of components
• Manufacture tooling as needed/directed
• Operational excellence & discipline (WCM)
• Utilize toolroom equipment as needed
• Support problem solving during assembly,
• warranty or service
• Maintain a 5S & visual plant floor
• Ensure active communication throughout the
• build process that includes status of day to day
• tasks or problems encountered
• Establish & maintain a safe work environment
• Support equipment tear downs, packaging,
• rigging, transportation & installation
• Adherence to all applicable codes & standards
• What you’ll need:
• Certificate of Qualification in Precision Metals (General Machinist, Mould Maker, Tool & Die Maker) or Millwright
• Must supply and maintain own personal trade tools
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in automation equipment assembly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel globally for installations and service
• Must supply your own tools
