About the role

What you will do

• Operate process equipment efficiently and apply standards to keep processes under control.
• Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ancillary or support machines, such as printers associated with the main machine.
• Perform applicable machine tool changeovers, excluding tools requiring expert technical skills.
• Ensure materials and resources are available for effective machine operation.
• Check products against specifications and reject or block products when necessary.
• Complete machine-operation records, including batch records, inspection reports, loss data, and failure records.
• Rework quarantined materials from the shift and ensure clearance during that shift.
• Handle process failures with support; share shift constraints and feedback.
• Support investigations into CAPA, complaints, or deviations within the area of responsibility.
• Maintain GHP and GMP standards, communicate across shifts, and check, monitor, and guide packing-line members.

Who you are

• High school education plus ITI or a diploma in mechanical or electrical studies.
• At least 3 years of Machine Assistant experience in a manufacturing unit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal settings.
• Ability to take initiative to solve problems.
• Readiness to work in shift operations.

Work location

• Manufacturing plant in Ponda, Goa.
