Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Travel Supervisor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Luxury Travel Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations for high-end travel bookings, including designing tailored itineraries, managing reservations, and coordinating with local suppliers across the region.
The role involves supervising a small team or workflow, ensuring service standards are met, and providing guidance on complex or VIP client requests in Spanish and English.
The supervisor will liaise with hotels, transport providers, and experience partners to confirm arrangements, resolve issues, and secure value-added services.
Daily duties also include responding to client and partner inquiries, monitoring trip progress, updating internal systems, and contributing feedback to improve processes and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with proven experience handling VIP or luxury travel guests.
- Complete Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in destination management and/or luxury tour operations, ideally within the Middle East or similar high-end markets.
- Ability to coordinate successfully with multiple stakeholders, and maintain high service standards under time pressure.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Comfort with travel booking systems, CRM tools, and standard office software; ability to quickly learn internal platforms.
- Knowledge of the UAE and wider region’s hotels, experiences, and premium service offerings is highly desirable.
- Ability to learn "on the fly" in high stress situations and be able to intelligently prioritize multiple tasks at the sane time
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, with flexibility to support occasional extended hours or weekend work during peak seasons.
