Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and professional presentations.
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property valuations.
- Negotiate and successfully close sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close high-value transactions.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly advantageous.
