We are seeking an experienced and polished **Luxury Real Estate Advisor** to join our elite team and represent our exclusive luxury listings across Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote luxury properties to high‑net‑worth individuals and international investors
- Conduct private property tours, lifestyle‑driven presentations, and investment consultations
- Build and manage a portfolio of VIP clients, investors, and premium buyers
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, community insights, and market trends
- Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and UHNW clients
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with luxury market expectations and brand standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in **luxury real estate sales** or high‑end client services
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international clients
- Professional appearance, refined etiquette, and strong business acumen
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market is preferred
