• **White-Glove Service:** Act as a trusted advisor, conducting 1-on-1 virtual gemologist consultations via video call, and providing tailored, personalized recommendations.
• **Relationship Building:** Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, anticipating their needs for future milestones (anniversaries, birthdays, engagements).
• **Business Development:** Proactively prospect and network to continuously grow your client database and increase market share.
• **Brand Ambassadorship:** Represent Jewelebrate with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and deep industry knowledge.

What We Are Looking For

• **Established Network:** You MUST have an active, portable "book of business" or a strong network of established clients who trust your expertise in fine jewelry.
• **Industry Experience:** 5+ years of proven sales success in high-end luxury retail, specifically in natural diamonds and high jewelry.
• **Diamond Expertise:** Deep, verifiable knowledge of the 4Cs, diamond sourcing, and custom jewelry manufacturing.
• **Digital Fluency:** Comfortable conducting high-stakes sales via video consultations, email, and digital platforms.
• **Entrepreneurial Drive:** Self-motivated, highly organized, polished, and driven by uncapped earning potential.
