Luxury Lighting Sales Executive
At Hedes we create lighting experiences for some of the region's most distinguished residences, hospitality projects, and commercial developments.
We are seeking a Luxury Lighting Sales Executive who understands the language of design, architecture, and high-value client relationships.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury lighting, decorative lighting, chandeliers, architectural lighting, or a closely related premium interior industry.
- Existing knowledge of lighting specifications, project sales, consultants, interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Ability to confidently engage with high-net-worth clients, design professionals, and project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of luxury sales processes and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and private clients.
- Generate new business opportunities across residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors.
- Present luxury lighting solutions and collections to clients and project teams.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of client experience.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
