We are a premium hair color salon in Dubai, known for our expertise in advanced color techniques, balayage, and color correction.
Our brand is built on professionalism, honesty, and luxury experience.
We are currently looking for an experienced female Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily salon operations and team coordination
- Supervise reception, bookings, and client flow
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and consultations professionally
- Support sales growth and achieve monthly targets
- Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive work environment
- Coordinate with marketing/content team when needed
Requirements:Proven experience as a salon manager in Dubai
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience in beauty/hair industry is a must
- Ability to handle pressure in a busy, high-end salon
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
