• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily salon operations and team coordination
• Supervise reception, bookings, and client flow
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and consultations professionally
• Support sales growth and achieve monthly targets
• Monitor staff performance and maintain a positive work environment
• Coordinate with marketing/content team when needed
• Requirements:Proven experience as a salon manager in Dubai
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience in beauty/hair industry is a must
• Ability to handle pressure in a busy, high-end salon
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
