We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused female to join our growing team.

Welcome customers with a warm, professional, and luxury service experience.

Register customer orders accurately in the system.

Inspect garments carefully and record any existing stains, damages, or special care requirements.

Explain our services and recommend the most suitable treatment for each garment.

Coordinate efficiently with the operations and production teams.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and luxury presentation standards at all times.

Follow company procedures and service standards.

Build strong relationships with customers and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Female candidate only.

Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

Arabic is an advantage.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, fashion boutiques, jewelry stores, beauty industry, or premium service businesses.

Professional appearance and excellent personal grooming.

Friendly, polite, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service.

Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and POS systems).

Ability to work as part of a team.

Must currently reside in Dubai.
