Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and sophisticated **Charter Sales Executive – Private Aviation** to join our elite team.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a passion for luxury services and an exceptional understanding of client experience.
You will be responsible for delivering bespoke private aviation solutions to a discerning clientele, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and VIP clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand a portfolio of high-value clients within the private aviation and luxury sectors
- Deliver tailored private jet charter solutions, ensuring each journey meets the highest standards of excellence
- Manage the full client lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-flight follow-up, with meticulous attention to detail
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional service, discretion, and professionalism
- Prepare and present competitive, high-quality charter proposals in a timely manner
- Negotiate pricing and coordinate closely with operators to secure optimal aircraft solutions
- Stay informed on market trends, aircraft availability, and global aviation developments
- Consistently exceed client expectations and contribute to revenue growth targets
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales within private aviation, luxury travel, hospitality, or a similar high-end industry
- Strong commercial acumen with a client-first mindset
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with private jet charter operations and aircraft types is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable
Preferred Profile
- Established network within HNW or VIP client segments
- Experience managing international clientele and complex travel requests
