Lumber Grader - 1st Shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.
• Certification in lumber grading preferred, however non-certified graders will be considered if already in process of training and can be certified
• No minimum experience is required, but manufacturing or lumber experience is preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience in lumber grading is preferred
• Working knowledge of basic math preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Compensation & Benefit Information:
• Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour dependent on experience
• pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
• Bonus/Incentive Pay:
• Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
