Hiring: Lube Technician

• Pay: $22.00 Hourly
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and multipoint inspections
• Complete maintenance services according to manufacturer and dealership guidelines
• Inspect vehicles and communicate findings to service team members
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Support technicians and advisors in delivering a smooth service experience
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Contribute to efficient vehicle flow through the service department

What You'll Bring

• 1 year of Prior lube technician experience in a dealership setting
• Familiarity with routine vehicle maintenance and inspection processes
• Comfort working in a high-volume service department
• Comfortable working with customers and team members
• A team-oriented mindset to daily responsibilities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Interest in growing a career in automotive service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay for this position is $22.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
