Provide individualized, patient-centered nursing care in the home

Provide safe and attentive G-tube care

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor the client's condition and communicate changes to the care team

Follow the individualized plan of care

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Create a calm, respectful, and supportive environment

Build a positive relationship with the client and family

Active Ohio LPN license required

G-tube experience required

Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Dependable and professional work ethic

Comfortable working independently in a home setting

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass required background and drug screening

Starting pay: $31/hour

Weekly pay via direct deposit
