SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• Must be able to relate positively to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other employees.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
• Must be able to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to attain resident care objectives.
• Physical and Sensory Requirements (with or without the aid of mechanical devices): Walking, reaching, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages; ability to distinguish smells, tastes and temperatures, ability to read and write; ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and directions; ability to communicate orally and in writing with residents, families, personnel, vendors and consultants; ability to remain calm under stress.
• Must meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
