- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven expertise in managing and enhancing customer retention and driving repeat business
- Skilled at presenting loyalty programs effectively to boost engagement and sales
- Experienced in customer outreach, follow-ups, and client relationship management through meetings
- Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to handle and analyse large datasets efficiently
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and target-driven with a flexible mindset beyond standard working hours
