Hiring: Loyalty & CRM Specialist / Loyalty Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Loyalty & CRM Specialist to support customer engagement and loyalty marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM campaigns, enhancing customer retention strategies, and delivering impactful communication across digital channels.
Strong analytical thinking and bilingual communication skills are essential for this role.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Loyalty Marketing / CRM / Customer Engagement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong copywriting and presentation skills in both English & Arabic (Mandatory)
- Understanding of brand identity, reporting, and analytical thinking
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute loyalty and CRM marketing campaigns
- Analyze customer behavior and prepare performance reports
- Create engaging bilingual content and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to strengthen customer engagement initiatives
- Support brand communication strategies across digital platforms
