Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests and inform them of their wait time.
- Monitor the waiting list and show guests to their tables.
- Bid guests farewell as they leave and engage them in natural conversation.
- Work with the team to deliver guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Attend internal and external training to develop skills and food and beverage acumen.
Candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- International exposure in a similar role is preferred, or two years of experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is preferred.
Pay and benefits
