Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers in uniform, respond to pedestal alarms, and provide customer service.
• Detect and prevent theft and fraud; assist with suspect apprehensions and prosecution as needed.
• Conduct CCTV surveillance and floor walks; investigate and report external losses, including organized retail crime.
• Report alert signals and support internal dishonesty investigations.
• Assist with potential supply-chain loss investigations.
• Work with investigators and District Managers to report incidents to law enforcement and identify shrink opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Provincial security license required where applicable.
• Related retail loss prevention, military, security, or law enforcement experience or studies are encouraged.
• Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and good driving record preferred; may vary by market.

Compensation

• Expected hiring range is CAD $37,590–$52,626 per year; the offered amount may vary based on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Guaranteed 37.5-hour work week year-round.
