• Develop and revise safety management systems and emergency plans; promote safety processes and establish emergency response teams and safety committees.

Loss Prevention and Incident Management

• Establish loss-management systems, identify asset-loss risks, and formulate corrective measures through data analysis, audit investigation, and process optimization.
• Manage third-party security resources to reduce asset losses.
• Lead incident investigations, report findings, analyze root causes, and verify corrective measures to improve risk prevention.

Facilities, Compliance, and Emergency Response

• Maintain security facilities and monitoring equipment and track regulatory changes to keep internal practices compliant.
• Coordinate with fire protection, public security, and other external institutions on cooperation and emergency response.
• Assess operational risks and protect personnel and tangible and intangible assets.
