Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, shipping, warehousing, distribution)
- Coordinate international and local logistics for automotive imports
- Optimize inventory levels and demand planning
- Oversee warehouse operations and transportation efficiency
- Negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with customs, import regulations, and safety standards
- Lead and develop logistics and supply chain teams
- Control budgets, reduce costs, and improve service levels
