Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

Role overview

Planning, shipments, and inventory

• Coordinate local demand planning, monitor stock requirements, and flag shortages or excess stock.
• Prepare customs documentation and coordinate clearance with freight forwarders and relevant parties.
• Track international shipments, update ETAs, and follow up through delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare routine inventory reports.
• Coordinate receiving, dispatches, deliveries, and stock movements; update related documents and system entries.
• Perform regular stock reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and follow up or escalate as required.

Operations, systems, and reporting

• Support HACCP documentation, records, filing, and related administrative requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely logistics and inventory updates in Odoo.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing, obtain quotations, maintain records, and follow up on fleet requirements.
• Coordinate daily deliveries, collections, schedules, and other logistics activities through completion.
• Maintain logistics trackers, provide regular updates, and flag delays or operational issues to the Supply Chain Manager.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• One to three years of relevant experience is preferred; strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, customs, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Odoo or other ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong organization, coordination, and follow-up skills; good written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with multiple priorities, and able to own assigned tasks through completion.
• Food, FMCG, distribution, or HoReCa experience is an advantage.
• The employer seeks someone hands-on, responsible, willing to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,500–5,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person; Dubai is listed as the preferred location.
