Logistics Supervisor
Role Overview
The Logistics Supervisor leads all inbound and outbound shipping operations, ensuring customer orders are processed on time and in full.
This role is responsible for driving accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across warehouse and transportation activities while maintaining strong service levels and cost control.
The Logistics Supervisor partners closely with operations, customer service, and planning teams to keep product moving smoothly from receipt through delivery.

Minimum Requirements
- Five years of management experience in logistics coordination
- Bachelor's degree in business discipline or logistics strongly preferred
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven proficiency in a warehouse environment
- Great interpersonal skills
- Computer skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (advanced), etc.
- Ability to prioritize, solve complex problems and plan short and long term
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
