Salary Range: $55,000 to $70,000
- The salary range represents the base compensation range for this role. The actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s education, experience, and skills. In addition to base compensation, full-time employees in this role are eligible for bonus which is based on 2027 performance metrics.
- ADS provides a comprehensive benefits program to eligible employees. - Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (experience may be substituted at hiring manager's discretion)
- 3+ years experience in customer service or logistics management
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in export and/or import operations
- Practical understanding of US laws and regulations governing exports and imports
- Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and projects accurately, effectively, and on time.
- Comfortable and able to work in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to work in a team environment and independently.
- Must have great attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
