Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, managing shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring efficient transportation and supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage logistics documentation and records.
- Track deliveries and resolve transportation issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
- Monitor inventory and support warehouse operations.
- Prepare logistics reports and ensure smooth logistics processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of logistics experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- English proficiency required; Chinese language skills are a plus.
Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
