Role overview

Warehouse operations

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and materials are delivered to customer requirements and dispatch windows.
• Supervise order picking, goods-in, and goods-out operations to ensure accuracy.
• Drive standard work and quality processes to deliver products on time.
• Maintain stock accuracy against the warehouse management system and record stock movements.
• Manage returnable packaging and record and communicate shortage issues.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and the transport team as needed.

Safety and improvement

• Maintain a safe workplace and comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Ensure procedures and processes are followed and maintain warehouse security, access control, and 5S housekeeping.
• Resolve customer concerns; identify errors, eliminate root causes, and sustain corrective actions.
• Deliver efficiencies supporting year-on-year operational budget reduction.
• Manage engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor of Engineering or undergraduate degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics Operations.
• Ability to develop teamwork and team-based problem solving.
• Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• IT skills including MS Office; technical skill in SAP.

Schedule

• The role requires working a shift schedule.

Workplace

• The position requires working onsite five days a week.
• Relocation is available; visa sponsorship is not available.
