Maximus Air is seeking a
Logistics Pricing & Client Support Executive (UAEN)
to join their Commercial team.
The role supports freight forwarding and logistics operations, manages customer relationships, and ensures efficient shipment execution while driving revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer and vendor enquiries across air and sea freight
- Maintain and update customer/vendor databases and logistics systems (ZYBO)
- Coordinate domestic and international shipment bookings and execution
- Build and maintain global agent and vendor networks
- Provide competitive pricing by coordinating with vendors and ensuring market alignment
- Track, monitor, and update shipment status for customers
- Ensure timely invoicing and accurate documentation of job files
- Liaise with internal teams, carriers, and external partners for smooth operations
- Ensure cost efficiency and support revenue/profit maximization
- Ideal Candidate will have
- UAE Nationals are being considered for this role as part of the Emiratization initiative
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related field
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Ability to handle logistics systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
