Logistics Operator

MHP Food Trading, official distributor of “Qualiko” frozen poultry and convenience food, produced by one of the leading European producers – MHP Group.

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional food products across the UAE and MENA Region.

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Operator UAE who will manage order processing, coordinate deliveries, maintain logistics documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations.

· Process orders in SAP, verify pricing, customer details, and product availability.

· Create invoices, transport documents, and coordinate deliveries with transport companies.

· Monitor loading plans, daily dispatches, and on-time deliveries.

· Coordinate with warehouse and transporters for daily dispatch and delivery

· Monitor delivery execution and resolve operational issues (delays, shortages, refusals, etc.)

· Reconcile orders between SAP, warehouse, and transporters

· Prepare daily reports and support logistics operations

· Resolve delivery issues including delays, shortages, refusals, and documentation discrepancies.

· Maintain reports on incomplete orders, returns, and shipment plans.

· Receive, verify, and upload signed shipping documents into SAP.

· Track weekly receipt of original logistics documents.

· Support senior logistics management with reports and administrative tasks.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

· Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

· Fluent in English (plus any other language is a benefit)

· Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
