Overview
Coordinate day-to-day operations of industrial and project shipments across multiple transportation modes (air, sea, and land).
Manage customs clearance requirements and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Oversee end-to-end shipment delivery processes to ensure on-time and cost-effective execution.
Liaise with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Monitor shipment status, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
Provide operational support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
