Role overview
The employer is hiring a Logistics Officer to coordinate shipments, deliveries, inventory movements, and logistics documentation.
The role is full-time and on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, delivery, and logistics documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment schedules and support timely delivery of goods.
- Track orders, shipments, and inventory movements.
- Coordinate transportation and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update relevant systems.
- Follow up on delayed shipments, delivery issues, and operational requests.
- Assist with inventory checks and warehouse coordination.
- Prepare logistics reports and support process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of shipping, delivery, and warehouse processes.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or ERP systems.
- UAE logistics experience is an advantage.
Preferred education
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
