  • 3 - 5 years experience in transportation procurement, carrier management, or freight market analysis
  • Communication Skills: Excellent; able to present market conditions and bid recommendations to senior leadership and negotiate with carriers
  • Special Skills: Transportation knowledge across truckload, intermodal, LTL, and private fleet; RFP and award strategy; freight market analysis; savings quantification and tracking; vendor and technology evaluation
  • Supervisory: None
  • Travel: 1 - 6/year
