The Qatar Patriot Sustainment Program provides support to a Foreign Military Sales Program in support of QEADF.

We provide Patriot Air Defense logistical and training support.

Our program upholds a strong relationship with the customer driven by strong values in support of the mission.

What You Will Do

The Qatar Patriot Depot Logistics Manager provides support to the in-country Operation Manager and the Field Manager.

The logistics manager will work with all functional areas, including operations management, warehouse management, material program management, material warranty management, configuration management, other business units.

The team’s responsibilities include financial reporting such as earned value management, workload planning, and support to proposal efforts; diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages (DMSMS).

The team will coordinate and receive local vendor deliveries and document the material into the local logistics management system.

This position is in Doha Qatar.

Leadership support activities

Plans team work assignments based on work schedules, methods, and policies set by the logistics manager

Coordinates work with related work cells controlled by other supervisors

Determines the number and types of employees needed to accomplish specific projects

Redirects individual employees and resources to accomplish unanticipated work

Implements corrective actions within their authority to resolve work problems

May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours; overtime may be required

Logistics internal and external support activities

Communicate with internal and external points of contact across maintenance and logistics operations

Tracks internal and external inbound and outbound shipments and provides reports to work cells and management

Maintains historical record documentation for Depot logistics analysis activities

Assists and coordinates OCONUS and CONUS procurement efforts with internal and external organizations to ensure scheduling and movement of materials and services

Ensures teams compliance with total asset visibility (TAV) addendums processes, policies, and procedures

Support root cause and corrective actions activities

Support program logistics analysis activities

Support program logistics reporting requirements

Become failure with and follow program Statements of Work, Contract Deliverable Requirement Lists, and Audit documentation

Maintain automated and manual accounting records, posts receipts and turn-ins; review and verify quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to make sound, timely decisions --with limited information
  • Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments; function with minimal guidance to meet Depot goals and customer needs
  • A minimum of 6 years of related logistics experience
  • Proven skills associated to logistics analysis activities
  • Experience and understanding of all functional logistics areas within a Depot facility
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office and email

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Critical and creative thinking skills with proven and quantifiable results dealing with ambiguous situations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with a multi-cultural workforce
  • Cultural familiarity with Middle Eastern nations
  • Prior experience supporting international programs and/or initiatives

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in related field and 8-12 years of related experience.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role.
