**Pay:** 7,500.00 (AED) - 10,000.00 (AED) per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager (Import-Export) to manage and streamline our international logistics operations, including customs clearance, DG cargo handling, and vendor management which covers all GCC countries.
The role will play a critical part in reducing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting cross-border business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage import-export procedures in compliance with international trade regulations, focused on UAE and Saudi Arabia customs requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place for Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo shipments and clearance through Dubai and Saudi Customs.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with freight forwarders, courier companies, and other logistics service providers.
- Negotiate logistics contracts and pricing annually to ensure competitive rates and service excellence.
- Monitor global logistics trends and advise on best practices to enhance international supply chain operations.
- Manage the accounting flow related to logistics partners and vendors, particularly with vendors in China.
- Prepare regular reports, performance metrics, and actionable insights for senior management review.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in logistics contracts and pricing agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai Customs clearance procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze logistics data and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import-export logistics (preferably within GCC region).
- Prior experience handling DG cargo and compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and cross-border freight documentation.

- Logistics: 2 years (Required)
- Corporate Gifts or Wholesale Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
