Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily inbound and outbound logistics operations across air, sea, and land freight.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with regional carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to minimize costs.
- Direct warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution strategies to ensure 99% on-time delivery rates.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics and documentation team.
- Ensure strict compliance with Qatar customs regulations, import/export laws, and international shipping standards.
- Leverage supply chain data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- **Supply Chain Expertise:**
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-modal logistics networks in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
- **Vendor & Contract Management:**
