  • We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations, transportation activities, and supply chain coordination.
  • The ideal candidate will optimize logistics processes, manage service providers, improve operational efficiency, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives and supply chain goals
  • Oversee transportation, distribution, warehousing, and logistics operations
  • Manage logistics schedules, routes, resources, and operational priorities
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor logistics performance, delivery timelines, costs, and service quality metrics
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers, vendors, and third-party service partners
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, customs requirements, transportation regulations, and company policies
  • Analyze logistics data, forecasts, and operational trends to support decision-making
  • Prepare logistics reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, transportation, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing logistics teams, vendors, or distribution operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of logistics planning, transportation management, warehousing, and inventory coordination
  • Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs processes, and regulatory compliance is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating operational activities
