  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations, optimize transportation processes, and ensure efficient supply chain execution.
  • The ideal candidate will manage logistics teams, coordinate distribution activities, improve operational performance, and develop strategies that enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage logistics operations, transportation activities, and distribution processes
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee shipment planning, inventory movement, warehousing coordination, and delivery performance
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers, carriers, suppliers, and operational partners
  • Monitor logistics KPIs including delivery times, costs, quality, and service performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize workflows
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution
  • Manage logistics budgets, forecasts, and operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Lead, coach, and develop logistics team members to achieve operational excellence
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing logistics teams or operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of logistics planning, distribution, inventory management, and transportation processes
  • Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with ERP, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics platforms is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
