Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary

Job Duties: Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities with 3PL providers across JAFZA and Mainland facilities
• Monitor inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, transfers, and returns to ensure timely processing
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and logistics partners to resolve operational issues
• Monitor service levels and ensure compliance with agreed operational procedures
• Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment with 3PL providers to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within agreed service levels
• Coordinate UAE Mainland deliveries and follow up with transportation and last-mile delivery providers to ensure timely customer deliveries. Inventory Management & Control
• Record and maintain all inventory transactions in SAP, including receipts, dispatches, returns, and adjustments
• Conduct regular inventory reconciliations between SAP records and 3PL warehouse management systems
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor stock movements and support inventory accuracy initiatives
• Assist in cycle counts and annual stock-taking activities
• Create Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and Customer Invoices in SAP based on approved sales requests
• Process Goods Receipt Purchase Orders (GRPO) in SAP following confirmation of stock receipt.

Master Data Management

• Maintain SKU master data including item codes, barcodes, HS Codes, carton configuration, packaging specifications and product attributes
• Coordinate barcode creation, updates, and product information management
• Maintain product codes, descriptions, and related system information
• Ensure accurate HS Code management and product classification for import and export activities.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports
• Generate stock movement, inventory variance, and operational performance reports
• Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments, returns, and reconciliations
• Support management with data analysis and operational insights.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and operational standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and inventory accuracy
• Support implementation of supply chain and warehouse best practices
• Participate in system enhancements and process optimization initiatives
