We are a Dubai based import and export trading company dealing with consumer products.
We are looking for a motivated intern to support our logistics and operations team in shipment coordination, data entry, and daily operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in booking shipments (air, sea, and truck)
- Enter and update shipment details in systems/CRM
- Track shipments and prepare status updates
- Prepare simple Excel reports
- Handle emails and basic administrative tasks
- Support warehouse and logistics coordination when required
Requirements
- Students or recent graduates (Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields)
- Basic understanding of Excel and computer systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, and operations
