Logistics In-charge (ALL Nationalities can apply)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Preparing Packing List, process Delivery Notes and Gate pass.
• Overseeing the storage of goods in warehouses, ensuring inventory is properly organized, managed, and ready for shipment when needed.
• Monitoring stock levels, ensuring that products are available in the right quantities without overstocking or running out of stock.
• Coordinating with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments and goods delivery.
• Plan and track the shipment according to urgency, priority and requirements.
• Making shipping arrangements for inbound and out bound delivery of goods.
• Update the Shipment summary form in a timely manner and send it to the department head
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain follow-up documents for each case and track the status of items until resolution (repair, replacement, or write-off).
• Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Independently manage day-to-day logistics functions with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• **Mandatory:** Minimum **5 years of UAE experience as a Logistics Incharge**.
• Experience working in a **manufacturing company** is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and transportation procedures.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics management systems.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
