- Orchestrate end-to-end supply chain operations, optimizing processes from procurement to delivery for maximum efficiency including Multi-Country Operations
- Lead and mentor a high-performing logistics team located in multiple countries, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, vendors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Develop and implement robust logistics strategies aligned with business goals, adapting to market changes and emerging technologies by Improving the visibility through real-time tracking and reporting dashboards
