Role overview
Designation: Logistics Executive, in the Logistics / Supply Chain department.
The position is based in Gandhinagar and calls for 1–5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external logistics requirements and coordinate dispatch activities.
- Plan and execute dispatch of machines, spare parts, and materials.
- Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, LR documents, and E-way Bills.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and CHA for smooth movement of goods.
- Track shipments and ensure timely customer delivery.
- Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, or shortages.
- Coordinate dispatch planning with production, stores, and sales teams.
- Maintain shipment records, monitor logistics performance, and provide regular updates.
Candidate requirements
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, or any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of logistics operations and dispatch processes.
- Familiarity with documentation and transporter coordination.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical ability.
- Manufacturing or engineering industry experience is preferred.
