Logistics Executive, Delivery Partner Management

Role summary

Key responsibilities

• Understand transportation-operations issues and challenges, identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
• Map business requirements and processes, analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
• Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasts, and budgets to identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply industry practices when solving business problems.
• Monitor program operational performance and own network-compliance scores for associated accounts.
• Track delivery partner capacity reliability.
• Launch projects and services by coordinating with stakeholders and on-ground partners.
• Connect regularly or as needed with partners to support smooth operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and Delivery Service Partners to resolve issues.
• Advise partners on business challenges, planning, and strategy, and recommend solutions.

Basic qualifications

• Fluent spoken, written, and reading English.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred qualification

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications is preferred.
