Sensation Trading is looking to expand its team!
We're hiring for a logistics and customs clearance executive that's had experience in managing shipments by air, land and sea across the world into and out of the U.A.E. (mainland and freezones).
Responsibilities
- Liaising with Purchase team / Suppliers / Forwarders & bringing in the shipments on time.
- Managing movement of goods, vehicles and team members between mainland and Jebel Ali Free Zone operations.
- Liaising with Sales team / Customers / Forwarders & delivering out the shipments on time.
- Liaising with customs department as & when necessary to clear the shipments.
- Ensuring that incoming shipments are properly received and entered in to inventory on time.
- Ensuring that transparent communication is happening with both internal and eternal customers at any point of time during logistic period.
- Ensuring that reconciliation of Bill of Entries & Bill of Exits is done on monthly basis and inventory balances are matching.
- Liaising with Quality control team for timely in take & delivery of purchase invoices and sales invoices.
- Overseeing statutory requirements of regulated products.
- Keep updated shipment records (including daily shipments)
- Maintaining MIS on shipment lead time of all Suppliers / Forwarders / Customers for easy ranking and improvement of business turnaround.
Skills & Abilities
- Thorough/ Excellent Working knowledge & practice of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Skills and Microsoft Excel are necessary for this position.
- Good Hands-on Experience on shipment procedures.
- Knowledge of advance warehouse management systems.
- Hands on experience on ERP solution.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Appetite for continuous improvement.
- Written and verbal communication in English.
- Suggested Minimum Educational Level and Years of Relevant experience
- 2 Years of Proven work experience supply chain management or similar role
- Certification in Logistics or Equivalent experience.
• Good English Communication Skills
