Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of materials and supplies, and organize transportation and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries for events, training programs, health camps, and community activities.
• Assist with basic export documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Contribute to logistics process improvements and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are needed to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and community partners.
• Solid analytical skills are needed to track inventory, monitor logistics performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of supply chain management across procurement, warehousing, distribution, and transportation is sought.
• Familiarity with export procedures is sought for documentation and cross-border regulatory compliance.
• Relevant logistics, operations, or coordination experience is sought; nonprofit, community, or social-impact settings are ideal.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are sought.

Tools and systems

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic logistics or inventory software is sought.

Preferred education
