Role overview
Advise and orient the customer on logistics activities under the customer contract and according to best practices.

The coordinator is part of the Customer Logistics Team on site in Taif, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Comply with aviation, safety, quality, and export-control regulations and procedures, and Airbus Helicopters management systems, policies, and regulations.
- Coordinate with AHA and AH front office to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Manage logistics flows from supplier shipment through delivery to the location specified by the contract.
- Liaise between Customer Logistics and operations, and advise customer staff on supply matters.
- Investigate and expedite logistics issues affecting fleet availability; respond to customer queries with AHA.
- Provide periodic status reports to the Customer Logistics Manager.
- Apply continuous improvement and support customer activities on site.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
