Dispatch & Scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule ready-mix concrete deliveries according to customer requirements and production schedules.
- Monitor daily dispatch operations and allocate transit mixers efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of concrete to project sites while minimizing delays.
- Coordinate with batching plant operators, drivers, and site personnel regarding delivery schedules.
Fleet Management
- Monitor vehicle movements using GPS and dispatch systems.
- Optimize fleet utilization and route planning to reduce transportation costs.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain records of vehicle availability, breakdowns, and repairs.
Customer Coordination
- Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, delivery issues, and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure smooth deliveries.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, delivery notes, trip sheets, and transportation reports.
- Verify delivery tickets and ensure accurate documentation of quantities delivered.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Maintain records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Education
- Diploma (Required)
Experience
- Readymix: 4 years (Required)
Language
- Hindi and English (Required)
