Role overview
Full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Coordinates goods flow, shipments, documentation, inventory, and logistics processes to support timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare documentation, and monitor timely delivery.
- Manage inventory records and support demand planning.
- Work with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners to improve logistics processes and costs.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate ERP or logistics system data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to meet service-level targets.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting logistics data, monitoring KPIs, and supporting improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for coordinating with partners and resolving delivery inquiries.
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Prior logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors, is advantageous.
Preferred skills and education
- A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in ERP or logistics systems, Microsoft Excel, and other office software is preferred.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.

- In person in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
