About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track import and export shipments from origin to final destination
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO etc.)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide regular status updates to internal teams and customers
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies
- Handle customs clearance coordination and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies in Air/Sea/Land shipment
- Track logistics costs and assist in freight cost control and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update ERP/logistics tracking systems
- Coordinate warehouse deliveries and inventory movement as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, import/export, or trading operations in UAE
- Experience in Perfumes & Personal care category
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping methods, and international trade documentation
- Familiarity with customs procedures and HS codes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/logistics systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
