About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our supply chain and distribution processes.
In this role, you will coordinate shipments, manage logistics documentation, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
This is a fast-paced, operations-focused role that requires strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and a proactive mindset.
What You'Ll Do
- Coordinate daily shipments, transportation, and delivery schedules
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to track orders and resolve issues
- Maintain and update logistics records, reports, and shipping documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes for efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach to challenges
- Experience with international shipping or customs clearance is a plus
