Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities
- Monitor shipments from dispatch to final delivery
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers
- Schedule and track inbound and outbound deliveries
- Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and logistics records
- Resolve delivery issues and transportation delays promptly
- Prepare logistics reports and performance updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures
- Support inventory management and stock movement coordination
- Optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules when possible
