Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including filing, communications, and scheduling, and report daily terminal activity and efficiency.
- Control inbound and outbound loads, issue carrier paperwork, and coordinate customer orders to and from facilities.
- Track order status, coordinate deliveries to meet customer processing times, and manage inventory movement.
- Communicate with terminal customers and collaborate with internal and external teams to support efficient customer service.
Candidate profile
- Post-secondary education; high school GED is also listed under required education.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Willingness to travel and access to a vehicle.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
Assets
- Supply chain or logistics education is a bonus.
- Administrative or customer-service experience is an asset.
- Transportation or logistics experience is an asset.
